We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of delivery. Any fitting or sizing issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery for acceptance of return. Any returned helmet will be inspected for damage or abuse prior to any refund being issued. Refunds will be submitted back to the original card/method only.  Any damage to paint, lenses, interior or modification will be deducted from the refund. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of delivery. Custom Paint, Personalizing are Non-Refundable and are Non-Warrantied. Credit card fees, shipping charges and or duty fees are Non-Refundable. Bose installed headsets are "Non-Warrantied" and are not covered under any warranty expressed or implied by Bose, Evolution or Helmet FX! Bose does not authorize or warranty their product once installed in helmets. Customer installed Bose helmets are Non-Refundable and or Non-Returnable. All helmets are custom built and every attempt will be made to deliver on the estimated ship date but delivery dates are subject to change due to parts availability, schedule backlog, custom paint etcAll returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final after 10 days!
