Generally, if we repaint the helmet it falls under refurbishment. If we
are just fixing a problem, then it is a repair. Use the check boxes and select each and every item you want. "No need to submit credit card info as we'll quote and bill after helmet is inspected". Check the cost as this will give you an "estimate" to what your actual cost will be. Print the work sheet with your Name, Address and contact details or just make a list and place in the box with the helmet. We'll contact you for authorization prior to performing any work.
